How we workFrom the first enquiry
to the final details.
A clear scope. An informed approval. A coordinated next step. Here is what to expect when you bring a property service enquiry to Ironoak.
Tell us about your property ↗01 / ENQUIREShare the property need.
Start with the service, city, a short description and your preferred timing. Let us know whether you are enquiring for your home, a rental property or a managed building.
Useful starting point
Photos, approximate dimensions and any existing specifications help explain the request.
02 / DEFINEClarify the scope.
We review the enquiry and clarify the details needed to move it forward. Where necessary, further information or a site assessment may be needed before the work can be quoted.
What we establish
The areas, tasks, access arrangements and any related work that should be considered.
03 / APPROVEReview the quote.
Review the proposed work, pricing and any stated exclusions or assumptions. Raise questions before approval so the agreed scope reflects what you actually need.
Your decision point
Confirm what is included, any applicable additional charges and who is authorised to approve the work.
04 / ARRANGEAgree the schedule and access.
Once the scope and quote are approved, we coordinate the working arrangements. Dates depend on the confirmed scope, availability and any relevant site conditions.
Before attendance
Agree the access contact, work windows, parking or loading arrangements and any building requirements.
05 / COMMUNICATEKeep changes clear.
If a new issue or a requested change affects the agreed scope, we clarify the next steps and any effect on pricing or timing before additional work is arranged.
During the work
Keep one clear contact for questions, access updates and decisions that need approval.
06 / FOLLOW UPReview completion and next steps.
We follow up on the agreed work and any outstanding items. Discuss any completion photos, service records or other documentation you need when the work is being scoped.
At close-out
Clarify any remaining questions, invoicing details and whether further work needs a separate quote.
